Real Estate Professional Experience Since 1977 !

My first job when I finished college was as a real estate agent with a mom and pop real estate office on Montauk Highway in Moriches New York in 1977. That is on the South shore of Eastern Long Island. From there I moved further East to a real estate company on the South Fork of Long Island in Hampton Bays. From there I later helped open a new branch office in Bridgehampton - Sagaponick. At the time I held a New York State brokers license. My work there was anything from land sales and minor land subdivisions to summer cottages and major estate home sales. I sold properties from West Hampton through Southampton, Bridgehampton to as far East as Montauk Point until 1980. In January 1981 I moved to Boca Raton.  I still find my work covering large areas of Palm Beach and Broward Counties, regardless of where my office has been located.

A Full Specturm of Clients

I have sold properties for a full spectrum of clients. My clients have included corporation heads, small and medium sized business owners, and former Realtor associates who changed occupations then called me for real estate service. I have helped several owners avoid foreclosure and sell without anyone knowing that they were in financial trouble. Not only have I occasionally saved the day, I would have to say that my clients and I have enjoyed the process along the way. I listen to what the customer says.

Palm Beach County And Broward County

Since 1981 I have lived in Eastern Boca Raton, Western  Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Victoria Park, Fort Lauderdale A1A area, Fort Lauderdale Middle River area, Oakland Park. So I am very familiar with a large territory.  I have sold properties as far south as Hollywood's North Lake area to as far north as West Palm Beach.
